1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Callixo (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Callixo.

2. Description of Service

Callixo provides an AI-powered outbound voice calling platform that enables businesses to conduct automated voice campaigns, manage leads, and analyze call outcomes. The Service uses third-party AI and telephony providers to deliver voice interactions.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Credits and Billing

New accounts receive 50 free trial minutes ($5.00 credit). Credits are consumed at a per-minute rate based on your plan. Credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Payments are accepted in cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH, LTC) or bank transfer. Approved deposits are final. Disputed transactions are subject to review.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Place calls to individuals on national Do Not Call registries without their consent
  • Engage in fraud, harassment, or deceptive practices
  • Violate any applicable telemarketing, privacy, or consumer protection laws
  • Transmit malware or attempt to interfere with the Service’s infrastructure
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without prior written consent

6. Compliance with Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), GDPR, CASL, and any local telemarketing regulations. Callixo provides tools; compliance is your responsibility.

7. Call Recording and Data

Call recordings, transcripts, and AI-generated summaries are stored on our infrastructure. You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant Callixo a limited license to process your data solely to deliver the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

9. Intellectual Property

Callixo and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including software, interfaces, and documentation. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited unless otherwise required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Callixo’s total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
